The FoundThem™ service enables those finding FoundThem™ enabled items to quickly connect with an UberID® return specialist who will coordinate delivery of the items on behalf of the registered owner.

Customer Service personnel keep communications secure, anonymous and all non-public. Personally identifiable information about the property owner is kept confidential. Never again write a name, address or phone number on a bag-tag, case, phone, set of keys or any item.

Simply attach a FoundThem™ enabled product to items you would like to see again if you accidentally misplace an item or in the case of luggage the items are routed to the wrong location by and airline or travel services provider. 

Currently available for the following FoundThem™ products:

• Luggage Tags
• Keyrings.
• Secure ID Property labels for devices such as laptops, phones and other equipment such as bikes.
